The rack works great. I use the front flanges to mount my input/output jacks. The front lid extends beyond the sides and provides protection for jacks if you choose to customize the rack and install them (I did, works great). You have to be careful if you stack them though, as the “stacking” feet/holders are pretty shallow. The back access panel is a bit of a disappointment, as I thought it would have been substantially thicker and sturdier than it is. It’s just a thin plastic panel. The telescoping handle works great, though it doesn’t lock into the open position. This can be a drawback if while positioning the rack you have to push it instead of pulling it. I’m happy with the case, even though my review points out some perceived shortcomings. I just think the buyer should be aware of thess points. I’ve purchased Gator cases and have been completely disappointed.
